It's raining again...

How things move so fast sometimes stump me. 3 years back, when i was still considered a 'children (3-12 years old), entering escape theme park at $8.30; and just yesterday after a long while since the new rides have been added, i'm entering as an 'adult - $16.50'.

The young us usually went there as a big group after much planning, after exams during the holidays to have some fun. But now, i went there with my lovely companion on an impromptu basis during the start of a school term. Sounds like much fun? Yeah it definitely is. The crowd at Escape was something to call for celebration.

It was my first time trying the Daytona Go-Kart; and i swear it's nothing like i've ever done before. It's like a dream come true. I've always wanted to ride in one of those when i was really young cos it's such fascinating things. The adrenaline i had when i stepped on the gas pumped throughout my body during and after the ride.
Then the dreaded rain came and washed all of our happy moods away. Waited for at least more than an hour before the rides began operating again. This time we went for the beginner's track. It was a double seater kart and i drove my big guy. The experience is super ultra reliving when i think about it. Heh heh...

Other than that, it was my first time entering the haunted house as well. It's kinda funny how we saw the motion sensors and activated them with our hands before really entering each 'room'. There goes the skeletons clacking away, the zombies moving and getting into fits, bloody headless bodies; the most successful part of it was the sound effects they had. Although i must say it's nothing as scary as the one i entered in Genting cos they had personnels scaring people throughout. Most of the rides were 'electronic-devices-banned' so we hardly had chance to take pictures. Though we still managed some shots. This one was taken on the Viking ship itself.

This one was taken on the family coaster. And obviously the ride hasn't started seeing how lovely and calm our smiles(and my hair) were.
We stayed on till their closing time at 8p.m.

Great stress buster!
