Skate

Back again! Been updating this blog regularly. Haha >.<
Yesterday, Friday, went East Coast to skate, because there's a skate session organized by SGSkaters, and night training session with Inline Culture, that my bro wanted to attend. So we met Aaron at Kembangan MRT and urbaned from there all the way to East Coast. The grounds wasn't really that skater-friendly. We arrived there about 3pm, saw Garrett teaching a big group of people all the basics of skating, but i didn't know who they were, all wearing the same shirt. Yup, so Garrett asked the 3 of us to lend a helping hand and help him out. There were more than 10 people there that wanted to learn. So we went around correcting their moves and teaching them etc.

After a while, met Brian at the rink, went distance skating, dragged him along to come skate with me, although he was tired, like he claimed. haha. Been skating since morning..so ya. We just skate from rink to Bedok Jetty and back to the rink. Slacked around at the rink, then got drinks, Kent treated me a Large Iced Lemon Tea from Macs. Haha. Ever since i joined SGSkaters, met really nice people like Aaron, Ben, Brian, Bryan, Daniel, Elisha, Garrett, Kent, Leslie etc. They were all very friendly when we first met, and could get along pretty well.

Yeah, so it was mostly distance skating, skated definitely more than 10km. Was really tired. When i got home about 10, could really feel the fatigue overcoming me. Had a really good night's rest. A well deserved rest. haha. And now im itching to go skate again... get new skates too =)
