I think i officially hurt my ankle last night. zZzZzZ
Saddening lah. Last night was skating and trying to do a slide and my ankle was twisted all the way inwards! And now the next morning when i woke up, my ankle had a sharp pain in it. I already put the medical bandage that has cream all over the foot and my wrist that was hurting too.
I think i'm like a rusted robot now. Here pain there pain. My skating levelled up le la!~ So much internal injuries. Theres no blood or blue black, just that when i move it, it hurts so much.
Ok, enough about this.. im DYING physically. I keep hurting my left ankle. During netball my ankle always kena sprained also. SIAN le loh my ankle win liao.
