The past week or so

On 27th July, Big baby had a friendly basketball game with the Japanese School at Changi North. I saw a cute ang moh guy and couldn't help staring at him throughout. Then, filled with jealousy, big baby said "Stare somemore la! Stare somemore..." XD
When i'm here typing this paragraph, it reminds me very strongly of the descriptive paragraph i wrote about "A Perfect Person". And, i assume Vic is laughing her head off right now. Maybe i was fantasizing about the ang moh guy in my short story.

This naughty boy had to fly off suddenly during the mid-week of last week. I was looking forward to spending 080808 + 090808 with him at the end of the week. This left me being very disappointed and sad when he flew to KL on thursday.

We had the school national day celebrations. As you can tell, everyone donned ethnic costume except Cherm and me. Vic stood out with her sexy outfit that welcomed stares everywhere she went.

After the celebrations, part of the clique which included Belle, Claire, Elaina, Ruby and me, went out to Suntec to enjoy and have fun. We bombed a $122 at NYNY for a delicious but expensive lunch before heading to Raffles SC to get notebooks. Elaina and i were lamenting how we could have just headed to Soup Spoon for a much cheaper alternative. Nevertheless, the "Mudpie + ice cream" for dessert was worth everything. Heh heh heh...
Then we caught the mummy at Suntec, it was a freezing experience in the cinema. I was busy hugging myself throughout the movie.
We went Elaina's for MJ and time sure flies when we're all having fun.

On national day, i met up with Rubz at PP to 'study'. It wasn't very fruitful cos both of us were tired, lazy, sleepy, dozy; ok i ran out of words. After about 1hour and a half, we headed to Belle's for MJ session with her cousins.

Trust me, i really had nothing to do while everyone else were tired of MJ and i was just there at the table by myself building a huge pyramid out of the tiles.

The first time in 40 years, it rained on National Day. Our initial plans of heading to ECP was thwarted by the rain. We stayed on in Belle's house "chilling" out; because it wasn't exactly chilly in her house. We had 2 fans turned on at max speed and everyone were still sticky on the skin. Finally at 8, the three of us plus Belle's younger cousin Jonathan ran up to her neighbour's apartment's rooftop where we caught the beautiful fireworks display. Though it was a little far and the sound effects were bare minimal, it was still lovely to watch; away from the crowd. The rooftop offered much privacy for camwhoring on Rubz's cam-phone.

After we got back to Belle's house, her cousins left and we were left to play 3-people MJ with money involved. Ruby lost terribly, with Belle being the biggest winner - as always.
One day we must not let Belle win MJ when money is involved. XD

AND, they - Ruby + Belle, made me the bad person twice during the night. I had to hang up on Elaina twice because we were too engrossed in playing MJ and they just had to pass the phone to me to talk to her. Elaina must be thinking why is Jac always hanging up on me. It wasn't my fault. xD
